AMAAAAAZING WORK, stupendous!! I got our carpets cleaned to surprise my mom and I am so pleased with the results. I got what I paid for. I know that he had a lot of stains to deal with. I live in an apartment and he was able to clean my carpet with no hassle, no problems going down the stairs, no problems with parking or entry. My carpets looked so dingy and dark and it was very obvious, but that was no challenge for him. I ONE MILLION percent recommend them, the work is impeccable! He is very friendly, interactive, funny and respectful. Bonus part!: I had a terrible experience with another carpet cleaning company so I contacted this wonderful carpet cleaning company and I was able to get same-day work done! Hamilton’s Unlimited did an outstanding job! I needed last-minute service and Kevin was able to accommodate my schedule without any issues. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and he took the time to thoroughly explain the cleaning process and what to expect. Not only did he beat the pricing of several other local companies, but the quality of work exceeded expectations. The job was very thorough and efficient, and he even provided before-and-after photos so I could clearly see the results. He also took the time to educate me on proper carpet care and maintenance moving forward, which was greatly appreciated. Kevin was very responsive when I called to see if they had availability on short notice. We were looking to have them done before Christmas. Kevin came out and quoted us a very reasonable price for 3 rooms and an area rug, and was able to fit us in on December 23rd. We gave him a challenge! The carpets are 30+ years old, and had been poorly cleaned once before we moved in almost a decade ago. Decades of pets and smokers (not us, prior tenants!) had left their mark as well. They did a superb job cleaning them, making them even better than I thought they could ever be! They aren't perfect, which I'm not upset about in the least for how bad they were. We will definitely use them again when it's time to clean the upstairs carpets! ~ Kimmy

Kevin was quickly responsive in communications via text and did a great job cleaning Multiroom wall-to-wall carpeting in the apartment. He recommended some deep vacuuming which lifted the nap of the old carpet and deep cleaned before the actual wash cleaning pass. It made a big difference! He worked hard to remove some deep staining from many years of buildup. He also stretched out a very large wrinkle in one room and on a second visit cleaned some areas were stains re-emerged and repaired the carpet strip into cement foundation where that carpet adjoined a linoleum kitchen floor. He was very personable and honest in pricing. He actually went above and beyond the contracted project when he cleaned a set of carpeted steps and added some carpet padding to an area that was missing it. Our air conditioning unit had gotten clogged and caused the drip pan to overflow and leak all over the basement carpet, after a few days of trying to dry and fix the carpet ourselves, we decided to call and get some estimates for professional help. Out of multiple companies, Hamilton was by far the most professional, trustworthy and honest from the beginning. My boyfriend and I are a young couple and this is our first home, Kevin helped us out so much, gave us an amazing deal and continued to go above and beyond with extra work to make sure we were happy. We will definitely recommend him and continue to use him for other household projects. The carpet downstairs looks brand new and the water stain is completely gone, like nothing happened at all! Really good company to do business with. They were responsive at all times and listened thoughtfully to everything I needed, even making suggestions on how I could do things more affordably. This was a big job - a whole house renovation/rejuvenation - but on a budget. All work was completed with the care and attention to detail promised on the website. A short list of the jobs: painting/staining the whole house interior; mold remediation and carpet rejuvenation in a large room + other areas it had spread to; hardwood floor restoration; window/door frame restoration and finishing; specialist cleaning of feature walls (logs); trash removal - the list goes on. ~ John T

Kevin, the owner of Hamilton’s Unlimited LLC., came out today to clean the stairs throughout my 3 story townhouse. I am BLOWN AWAY with the quality and efficiency of his work. Trust me when I say that these photos do not do the job justice. He literally brought my carpet back to life and the stairs look brand new! He was extremely professional, friendly, and dedicated to doing a thorough high quality job. I would recommend him over and over again. We are so pleased that we had Hamilton's Unlimited clean our carpets -- which had not been cleaned for a couple of years. The care and attention given to the cleaning by Kevin was excellent. As each step was performed, he took the time to explain what each procedure did to achieve the best result possible. Additionally, we also had a carpet repair done and that was done with expert care. The carpet looks like there was never a problem with it. The expertise and friendliness of Kevin made this a worthwhile experience in the world of carpet cleaning. Outstanding service from Mr. Kevin Hamilton! We were desperate on a Friday night due to dog disaster on dining room carpet. We made it worse trying to use a spray can of cleaner...Mr. Hamilton explained that it would only lock in stain and bleach out color -- not good! We expected to wait several days for an appointment. Local to Middletown, Mr. Hamilton arrived within an hour of our inquiry for an estimate, saw the time critical nature, and dropped his personal Friday night plan to give us a two room cleaning immediately. I had contacted Kevin to get an estimate for cleaning the carpets in the house we had just purchased. After the final walk through of the house we decided that we would rather replace the carpets. I contacted Kevin to tell him of the change in plans and he informed me that they also sell and install new carpet. We were in the middle of selling our old house, moving into the new one and my wife's work schedule was very hectic. Kevin was willing to meet us near my wife's work during her lunch break to show us samples. He was able to get us a very nice carpet that was competitively priced with Lowes and better quality. Not only that, his installers were able to start that same day so that we could get the carpet in before we had all of our furniture moved to the new house. I have used several different carpet cleaning services over the years and I have to say Hamilton’s Carpet Care has done the most professional and thorough work I have seen to date. Kevin of Hamilton’s Carpet Care was very friendly, polite and well informed. He came in and properly introduced himself, got familiar with the space, explained the cleaning process and got right to it. Kevin, the owner & operator, is very professional and knows his stuff! He came to our home and reviewed all options to take care of our carpets as well as the cost options. Our two area carpets had quite a few "soiled" spots as well as both carpets were in need of a good cleanings. Upon completion, Kevin explained that if some of the bad spots "pulled up", he would take care of them. There were a few spots that indeed became visible after drying and Kevin came right back to re-clean those few "difficult " spots. We highly recommend Kevin & his company. Hamilton’s duct cleaning service was excellent. My home had a musty odor and no matter how much I cleaned and vacuumed it always seems to come back. I realized that the air ducts needed to be cleaned. Hamilton’s duct cleaning service not only cleaned the years of dust and dirt from the ducting, their anti-microbial treatment made sure mold and mildew would be eradicated. My house smells better and I noticed I didn’t wake up sniffling from dust allergies. I will definitely use Hamilton's Unlimited in the future and would highly recommend his services to anyone who asks. ~ Sean

I called Hamilton's Unlimited, LLC with a last minute request to clean the carpets after a moveout for a new owner. They were able to meet the tight timeline, arrived on time, and the price was very reasonable! In addition to carpet cleaning, they were able to fix a section of carpet (cat had scratched it up) by replacing it with a new section. After replacing it, you couldn't tell that there had ever been a problem! I would definitely recommend Hamilton's Unlimited, LLC to others in need of carpet cleaning / carpet repair! ~ Zachary V

Kevin delivered the service he promised. My carpet was first given a deep dry cleaning with his industrial vacuum, followed by a deep cleaning which brought my carpet back to life. The whole house smells amazing after the cleaning. I would wholeheartedly recommend his service to anyone, he showed me the ground in dirt and dog hair that his machine pulled out of the carpet . I have used other carpet companies but never had these results. It was money well spent for a top notch job. 5 stars for you Kevin! ~ adilah m

Well beyond my expectations. Kevin and his crew once again did a fantastic job. Not only were our carpets done but we also had him clean 4 pieces of antique furnishings that were in terrible shape from years of storage. Well, they came out looking fantastic and almost back to original color of fabric. Plus, they fixed the roping on 3 pieces...which was way above normal level of service!!! I live in the a high rise apartment building and when a very significant leak between 2 apartments between the 17th and 18th floors and caused water damage to many apartments below. This included mine on the 3rd floor. I was very happy with the way the standing water was cleaned up quickly and the walls were allowed to train. I hired Hamilton’d Unlimited this year because my husband and I had life changing illnesses. Shoveling our driveway and walkways were going to be impossible not to mention my husband had to be out for treatment everyday. We couldn’t take the chance of getting snowed in. We have a much cleaner whole house carpet thanks to Kevin of Hamilton's Unlimited carpet cleaning services. While only 3 years old and lightly worn, our Carpet is a light beige so shows wear and 'things'. We selected Hamilton's after Kevin met with us and described their thorough, careful services with attention to details of the job. His price was competitive and very fair for the diligent and valuable cleaning he performed. Beyond the cleaning, he also provided very helpful advice on how best to continue to maintain our particular carpet. This included, (some 'professional inside information' on) where and how to later replace our carpet with (increasingly high wear) traffic patterns . . . now beginning to appear throughout our home... with more durable 'wood' flooring and fabric runners. Hamilton's has the knowledge, experience, special equipment and the "thorough approach" attitude to do each job efficiently and correctly. Hands down the best experience we have ever had dealing with repairs or renovations. We recently had a water damage event caused from upstairs room flooding into dining area. Damage required ceiling drywall be cut out in four places, but Kevin and team quickly took care of it from A-Z, removing the water on both floors then drying, mold prevention, repairing and repaint all as a seamless operation. Kevin and team were always available by text or phone and very responsive to our concerns ~ Mary C
